New Church Planting Course

If you are planting in 2022 or later, this course will be mandatory if you wish to receive funding.

Equipped: The NCN Guide to Church Planting Excellence will run on Zoom on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7 pm beginning October 18.

Next Class: February 28, 2022

 

This course will focus on the teaching of practical concepts that can be applied when planting a church.  Some of the topics to be covered in the course will include:

 

  1. Developing a Healthy Ministry Plan (Vision, Mission and Culture Statements)

  2. Staying Healthy Personally and Keeping Your Family Healthy While Planting

  3. Fundraising and Budgeting

  4. Marketing and Promotion of New Churches

  5. Selecting the Right Venue and Maximizing Your Space

  6. Who, What, and How of Church Ministries

  7. Effective Outreach Locally and Globally

  8. Developing a Core Team

  9. Church Governance for Growth and Health

 

There will be some extra readings, podcasts, and videos to complement each session.  There will also be some practical application assignments following each lecture.
